Breathwork Value Study

These were made by Art 1 students, grades 9-12. They blew ink around with their breath, then defined negative space using gradation techniques.

Ink, pencil, color pencil, marker, ballpoint pen, pastel and paper.

A Powerpoint presentation was then made for the class, showing connections between student's work and the work of historic and contemporary artists as well as natural and human-made forms.
